Before you book
Rental requirements.
A short list. We keep it simple so you can get on the road faster.
Age
Primary driver must be at least 18. Drivers under 21 pay a one-time $50 young driver fee. Additional drivers must also be 18+ and added to the agreement.
Driver's license
An active, unexpired US driver's license. We verify it via Veriff after your retainer is paid.
Identity verification
After payment, you'll receive a Veriff link by email. Approval is typically under 10 minutes.
Payment method
A debit or credit card on file is required for every rental. We no longer accept cash payments.
Insurance — luxury
All luxury rentals require active full-coverage auto insurance in your name. Proof of coverage is required at pickup along with a signed rental agreement.
Insurance — economy
Economy rentals require an active liability policy. No insurance? We can still rent to you with a $250 refundable security deposit, returned after the vehicle comes back in the same condition.
Booking retainer
A flat $75 non-refundable retainer is captured at booking and applied toward your security deposit at pickup.
Security deposit
Luxury vehicles: $500 refundable deposit ($350 for 24-hour / one-day rentals). Economy with valid liability insurance: no security deposit. Released after return in the same condition.
Rental lengths
Economy: weekly rentals only. Luxury: daily, three-day, or weekly.
